We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Serbian market to help us strengthen our customer engagement in the Serbian market with a focus on support, help them better use our product, bring back lost customers, and expand the opportunities for cooperation with current customers.

What you will do:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and current customers;

  • Work to increase the average check by offering the customer the optimal package (upsells);

  • Return lost customers according to the defined plan indicators;

  • Be a reliable support and advisor for customers on all service-related issues Jooble;

  • Accompany clients in the process of finding personnel: help with job descriptions, advise on service opportunities;

  • Work with both active clients and those who have stopped cooperating, and find relevant solutions for them;
