Ability to learn quickly. Interest in modern technologies, IT. Tactfulness. You are able to listen and maintain a conversation, have a sense of humor, customer orientation. Written literacy. The team is waiting for you: Answer incoming customer requests. Training customers on the correct and full use of the service. Offer and help in the implementation of additional Ringostat tools to solve customer problems. Communication with customers, understanding their satisfaction with the service.
