We want the candidate to have: - Experience in working with clients, in particular in problem solving, user support or project management. - Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Understanding of technical issues and the ability to explain them to clients.- The ability to analyze large volumes of data, draw conclusions and develop recommendations for the growth of the client's business.- Competent communication in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate). Main tasks:- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and develop relationships with them .- Advise on consulting issues and help in solving technical problems.- Identify and analyze customer problems and needs, develop an action plan to solve them.- Analyze key customer indicators, prepare reports and recommendations for improving indicators and processes.- Raise the level own competence regarding the company's product.- Keep documentation and reports on interaction with clients.
