Customer success manager (Kyivstar TV) in Kiyivstar

Requirements: Knowledge of the principles of operation of mobile and fixed communication networks, streaming video, OTT and IPTV television; Experience in managing projects and products related to television and/or video content; Skills of negotiations, correspondence, working with transactions; Skills of conducting customer experience research; Skills of conducting social research will be a great advantage. Duties: Performs regular testing of video services and television using various devices (smartphone, TV tuner, etc.) and interfaces (AndroidTV, SmartTV, web page); Monitors the quality of implemented initiatives by analyzing the number and dynamics of complaints and user appeals, based on which it collects and processes proposals for improving video services and television; Initiates changes to the Company's reporting systems in accordance with the life cycle of video services and television; Performs post-analysis of implemented changes and implemented initiatives by meeting planned indicators (timelines, budget, quality, number of users, revenue, etc.). Develops a roadmap of activities and campaigns for the implementation and execution of the strategy; Prepares proposals for improving processes and procedures for connecting and servicing users of video services and television.
