We are inviting you to become a part of our company as a Customer Success Manager (Japanese)!

GotYourBack Support is a Ukrainian IT company. We seek a dynamic and communicative Customer Success Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and routing requests related to software activation and other support needs.

 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Answer inbound calls from Japanese customers.
  • Identify customer needs and route calls or tickets to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Accurately log call details, customer requests, and actions taken in the CRM systems.
  • Follow established call-handling scripts, processes, and service-level agreements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

 YOU WILL SUCCEED IF:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (N1-N2)
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, call-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets).

 PREFERRED (WOULD BE A PLUS):

  • English proficiency (Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate) for internal communication and documentation.
  • Prior experience in customer support, call center, or helpdesk roles.
  • Excellent client service and sourcing skills.
  • Knowledge of Japanese business communication etiquette.
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM tools.
