What You'll Be DoingWork with cross-functional teams to own and ensure customer deployments have completed quickly and efficientlyThrough monthly and quarterly interaction become the trusted advisor to your customersWork with the Customer to understand and ensure their business objectives are realized.Work closely with the Field Sales Team on identified opportunities for expansion within your accounts.Cement yourself as a trusted/strategic advisor with customers and drive continued value of our products and services.Through interaction with the Customers, Operational, Management, and Executive levels, ensure all can see the value of the service.As trusted advisor recommend ways your customer can get more value from Iron Bow.Ensure you are aware of your customer's pain points and coordinate cross functional teams to get the customer the best outcome.Develop strong overall relationships internally within the business and external with assigned clients; with a focus on driving adoption, ensuring retention.Work with sales teams to maximize account growth opportunities, including identification of upsell opportunities within the existing account baseYOUR VALUE PROP FOR OUR TEAM 7-10+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in Sales, Technical, Project Management or Customer Success with a Technical background. However, experience in Customer Support would be considered.Cisco Systems knowledge and tool experience required.General understanding of technology verticals to include Enterprise Networking, Collaborations, Security and Data Center.Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail.Good technical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to provide quick resolutionExperience navigating and steering customer engagements to completion with a high level of customer happiness.Bachelors strongly preferred with a strong technology background and 5+ Years in IT industry and or equivalent combination of education and experience or customer-facing role a plusKnowledge of sales cycle, strong verbal and written communication skills, and validated negotiation techniquesExcellent relationship building skills, tenacity, resilience, presentation skills and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set prioritiesTravel RequirementsThis position is remote and requires 25% travel.WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT!Collaborative Environment: Collaboration isn't a buzzword, it's the key to our success.
