We are looking for an active and ambitious Customer Success Manager (English language) ready to join our team.

Full office employment is expected (without possibility of remote / hybrid format).

Expectations from the candidate< /b>:

• Knowledge of the English language at the C1 level;
• Experience of communicating with native speakers;
• Ability to conduct business correspondence in English;
• Advanced PC user.

• Time management, responsibility;
• Communication, ability to adapt;
• Purposefulness.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with active clients by telephone and business correspondence;
• Consulting and development long-term relationships with existing users;
• Communication and transfer of information to other departments.
