Expectations from the candidate: Knowledge of the English language at the C1 level; Experience of communicating with native speakers; Ability to conduct business correspondence in English; Advanced PC user. Personal qualities: Time management, responsibility; Communicability, ability to adapt; Purposefulness. Responsibilities: Communicating with active customers by telephone and business correspondence; Consulting and developing long-term relationships with existing users; Communication and transfer of information to other departments.
