Customer Success Manager (English language) in Regis Team

Our team is currently looking for reinforcements in the form of manager for work with English-speaking clients.

Our ideal candidate:

• Will accompany projects of our clients for digital marketing services.
• Wants to work with current trends related to Internet technologies.
• Will coordinate the work of the team and interact with the client.
• Understands how to find an effective approach to the client.

What do we want to see in you?

• Experience of working with customers and in the field of sales from 2 years.
• Spoken level of English Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
• Knowledge of negotiation techniques, handling objections. Experience in effective communication with clients.
• Responsibility and ability to plan own work.

What will need to be done?

• Communicate with clients, and also process all requests from customers: calls, chats, mail.
• Form tasks for technical specialists based on customer requests, as well as from own analysis of project results. Monitor the performance of tasks.
• Form invoices for payment in the CRM system to be sent to customers. Control of receipt of timely payments from clients.
• Check and present reports to clients.
• Keep a journal on clients, fill in important information on clients in the CRM system.

Working conditions:

• Salary from UAH 30,000, during the trial period (from 2 months) salary increase according to the grade system.
