Our main focus of work is B2B services and technological solutions for clients from all over the world. And yes, maintaining a legal and transparent market of Ukraine is a must-have, which is why we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license to provide services in the field of gambling.


We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Customer Success Manager CA .

✅ Your future tasks:

  • control of the base of VIP players of the Bronze segment;
  • maintaining user activity on projects;
  • returning clients from inactivity;
  • providing personalized assistance to clients and forming a positive client experience on the project;
  • processing of incoming and outgoing communications according to tasks and client requests;
  • simultaneous work in several communication channels: calls, letters;
  • the opportunity to work according to the schedule 18:00-02:00 according to Kyiv. Work schedule from Mon to Fri.

💪 Your skills:

  • fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • skills communicate on the phone and in letters;
  • the ability to interest the client in projects, it is interesting to emphasize the positive aspects of the project;
  • work with player objections;
  • multitasking;
  • the ability to allocate working time and adhere to established deadlines;
  • desire to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge;
  • empathy and stress resistance in complex cases.

🤞 Preferably, but not critical:

  • ability to use Excel;
  • experience of working with the SoftSwiss administration.
  • experience in gambling.
