At the moment, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our existing Team at Elitmind.
The Ideal candidate has experience in Identification of customer needs , especially in the area of new cloud and data technologies . This role demands focus on existing customers’ growth and retention . We are looking for a self-driven person with knowledge in the area of new cloud technologies (Data, AI, Infrastructure, Security or Apps) that will enable Elitmind to growth within existing customers.
Elitmind provides world-class Data Platforms, Data Reporting, Analytics, Machine Learning, AI consulting services , and Managed Services focused on Microsoft cloud technology – Azure Data & AI and Power Platform. To fully enable the Customers to embrace the power of analytics tools and solutions company also provides corporate learning programs via its educational platform Elitmind Academy .
Elitmind has successfully transformed dozens of organizations in the following industries: Retail, Energy, Banking, Telco, Logistics, and Government Sector , delivering over 300 Data & AI solutions .
