Customer Success Manager

Gamzix company, a dynamic player in the iGaming industry:
- was founded in March 2020 with a vision to redefine the world of online slot games;
- has already successfully produced 60 slot games;
- the team has grown to over 80 skilled professionals and we continue to grow;
- two strategically located offices in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring deadlines according to internal trackers;
- Assigning and overseeing tasks for the marketing department;
- Exporting and sending reports to clients;
- Preparing materials for network promo campaigns;
- Cooperating with the AM department in setting up campaigns and supporting customer requests, including reproducing/campaign details;
- Creating guides for new promo tools;
- Creating newsletters/announcements for clients.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in client services, advertising, or marketing;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Experience in using ticketing systems, CRM software, and other support tools;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (MS Teams, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, etc.);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and satisfaction;
- Multitasking. Managers should be able to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously or juggle various tasks;
- Tech-savvy. They should be advanced PC users, easily learning to work with any new tool or technology using common guidelines and knowledgebase;
- Intermediate+ English level.
