Customer Success Manager

Gamzix company, a dynamic player in the iGaming industry:

  • was founded in March 2020 with a vision to redefine the world of online slot games;
  • has already successfully produced 60 slot games;
  • the team has grown to over 80 skilled professionals and we continue to grow;
  • two strategically located offices in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring deadlines according to internal trackers;
  • Assigning and overseeing tasks for the marketing department;
  • Exporting and sending reports to clients;
  • Preparing materials for network promo campaigns;
  • Cooperating with the AM department in setting up campaigns and supporting customer requests, including reproducing/campaign details;
  • Creating guides for new promo tools;
  • Creating newsletters/announcements for clients.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in client services, advertising, or marketing;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Experience in using ticketing systems, CRM software, and other support tools;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (MS Teams, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, etc.);
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and satisfaction;
  • Multitasking. Managers should be able to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously or juggle various tasks;
  • Tech-savvy. They should be advanced PC users, easily learning to work with any new tool or technology using common guidelines and knowledgebase;
  • Intermediate+ English level.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in iGaming;

Hiring process:

  • 1st interview — Recruiter;
  • 2nd technical interview — Head of AM.
