  • Proficiency in spoken English at the B2 level (to be able to communicate with English-speaking clients);

  • Experience in support;
  • Skills of conducting negotiations and business correspondence in Ukrainian and English;
  • Knowledge of modern IT technologies, understanding of the working mechanism of HRM systems.

  • Collecting feedback on the system from leads and customers, maintaining documentation according to user needs and communicating with the technical department regarding the possibility of realizing customer wishes;
  • Navigating new customers through the system, communicating with customers in chats, logging of bugs reported by clients;
  • According to customer complaints about bugs in the system, transferring them to the technical team, as well as creating and maintaining documentation for these bugs with further informing the client about the process of solving problems;

  • Collaboration with content creators on system review video materials;
  • Implementation of a customer service system, building effective communication processes with leads and potential customers;
  • Setting up and improving the introduction process customers with the system;
  • Deep understanding of the system's working mechanism, coordination of new features with the Product Owner and understanding of the priority of their implementation.
