We are expanding our dream team and looking for < strong>Customer Success Manager.

✅ Your future tasks:

  • control of the base of VIP players of the Bronze segment;
  • maintaining user activity on projects;
  • returning clients from inactivity;
  • providing personalized assistance to clients and forming a positive client experience on the project;
  • processing incoming and outgoing communications in accordance with tasks and customer requests;
  • work simultaneously in several communication channels: calls, letters.

💪 Your skills:

  • fluent English (both spoken and written) - C1-C2
  • ability to communicate on the phone and in letters;
  • ability to interest the client in projects, to highlight the positive aspects of the project in an interesting way;
  • work with player objections;
  • multitasking;
  • ability to allocate working time and invest in set deadlines;
  • willingness to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge;
  • empathy and stress resistance in complex cases.
     

🤞Desirable, but not critical:

  • having experience in gambling;
  • having experience as a support agent, understanding how to work in service.
