With over 12 years of industry presence, our innovative platforms, including a headless media encoding and streaming service accessible via REST API, empower our clients to manage and deliver media content efficiently.Role OverviewAs a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. Your mission will be to ensure our customers fully leverage our products and services for maximum benefit, and that our customers’ feedback is brought back into the team so that we can continue to build products that customers value.The role is focused on communication, and excellent English is required. You will be meeting regularly with existing customers, helping new customers onboard, and answering questions from prospects. Actual customer support is not a focus, but as the key communicator with customers, you will manage and track support requests to ensure that customers remain happy. Responsibilities• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers.• Assist with the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and training process.• Regularly communicate with existing customers via email, phone calls, and video conferencing to ensure their satisfaction and retention.• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support issues, coordinating with technical teams to resolve problems efficiently.• Capture and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product development and improvement.• Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally to promote customer-centric product enhancements.• Identify opportunities for customers to increase the use of our products/services through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.• Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, challenges, and solutions to internal stakeholders.Requirements• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.• Problem-solving mindset with a strong ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.• Proficiency in CRM software and customer service platforms.• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Location: Remote.Employment: full time contractor
