Our Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring that each customer receives high results in use of our product. This is an expert who studies and identifies the needs of clients, implements the development of strategies, and finds the best solutions for the client. And it is also an empath who knows how to listen and hear, show care and know how to convey information clearly and gently. So that thanks to this comfortable cooperation, our clients work more efficiently and achieve even better results.
You will work mainly with clients from Ukraine, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Skills and Skills We Need:
- 1+ year experience as a CSM or in sales, account management or other customer related roles service (except for technical support).
— Ability to conduct negotiations and written communication.
— Ability to build working relationships with clients.
— Understanding of basic principles and methodologies project management, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
— High level of literacy (Ukrainian language).
— High level of self-organization and proactive approach to work.
p>— Empathy and ethics in communication.
— English Upper Intermediate.
Responsibilities:
— Consulting and training users, analysis of their needs and tasks.
— Increasing the client's involvement in working with our system.
— Managing the outflow of customers, extending contracts, selling additional services.
— Analysis of user requirements and search for optimal solutions.
— Participation in the creation of educational content (videos, instructions, webinars).
— Collection of feedback from customers for analysis and publication.< /p>
—Participation in the formation of system development tasks taking into account customer feedback.
- Preparation of documents in cooperation with the financial department.
