The ideal candidate isacustomer-centric team player eager toassist our clients inboosting sales through our software while providing proactive, expert-level support. What you will need todo —handle incoming messages from our users —launch advertising campaigns with the help ofour software —study results ofadvertising campaigns and provide users with solutions based onindustry best practices and shared expertise —provide users proactive support tailored totheir individual and company goals —fill inbug reports —participate inupdating internal documentation (such asHelp Center, CRMetc) —prepare and participate inMeta Ads Certification (once ayear) This isfor you ifyou —have experience onsimilar position 2+year —worked with CRM and ticketing system (Intercom, Notion etc)—have Advanced level ofEnglish (both spoken and written)—want todevelop and learn more about Customer Success and adjacent fields and participate inproduct and process improvements, influence the process —are empathetic and full ofenthusiasm, striving tobuild best customer’s experience —attentive todetails and able tothink outside the box —are okay towork onweekends depending onthe workload —previous experience with Meta Ads orGoogle ads will beabig plus What weoffer —working schedule: evening shift— 12:00-20:00 (Kyiv time)—opportunities for developing skills inMeta Ads and Google Ads —40-hour working week with aflexible schedule and ability towork remotely —competitive salary with opportunity toearn more based onrevenue share program —paid vacation and sick leaves —team ofprofessionals who will coach and advise Weare passionate about our Team and the product wecreate, wenever stop learning and always stay curious.
