We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us strengthen and develop our relationships with clients, turning them into long-term partnerships!

Our ideal candidate is a person with:

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of customer success/sales;
• Professional skills in the field of sales;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, both orally and in writing;
• High level of emotional intelligence;
• Experience in the HoReCa industry, which will be a big plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building long-term relationships with clients;
• Onboarding of new clients;
• Focus on upselling and cross-selling;
• Responding to customer requests;
• Implementation of customer retention strategy;
• Collection and analysis of customer reviews;
• Communication regarding renewal of subscriptions.
