The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of our course offerings.Key Responsibilities: Assist users in navigating through their individual course programs, providing guidance and encouragement to help them stay on track towards achieving their wellness goals.Engage with users on Telegram or WhatsApp to address any questions, concerns, or issues they may encounter while participating in our courses.Offer personalized support to clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored recommendations and solutions to ensure their success.Track user progress and performance within the automated course platform, proactively identifying areas where additional support or intervention may be needed.Work closely with other team members, including course instructors and content creators, to ensure a seamless user experience and continuously improve our offerings.Solicit feedback from users to understand their needs and preferences.Qualifications: Proven experience in customer success, client management or a related role.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing user needs.Familiarity with Telegram or similar messaging platforms preferred.Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.English — intermediate/upper-intermediate
