The position involves working in a team of talented professionals. Your Responsibilities / Future Tasks:Working with a professional Business Development Manager who will guide you through the product;A unique opportunity to grow from an ice maker to a Regional Sales Development Representative and take on some BDM functions;Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients using various channels including LinkedIn and email.Strategically plan, execute and optimize email campaigns to attract leads and increase conversions.Create persuasive and creative emails tailored to the target audience.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests. Provide timely and effective responses to ensure a positive customer experience. Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing customers in our CRM system. Ensure accuracy and relevance of information for effective communication and follow-up. Handle incoming inquiries and questions from external users of our product. Provide the necessary assistance and instructions to ensure the smooth operation of users. Our expectations from the candidate: English language - not lower than C1 (oral and written) Work experience in the position of Customer Success Manager / Sales Manager is not mandatory, but will be a plus Willingness to work in the field sales and develop skills in this area. Is able to work in a team and achieve set goals.
