Just look at what clients and partners are saying about us :) Your skills: Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at the level of fluent communication. Ability and desire to communicate with clients. Ability to learn quickly. Interest in modern technologies, IT. Tactfulness. You know how to listen and maintain a conversation, have a sense of humor, customer orientation. Written literacy. The team expects from you: Answers to incoming customer requests. Training customers on the correct and full use of the service. Offer and help in the implementation of additional Ringostat tools to solve customer problems. Communication with customers, understanding their satisfaction with the service. Proactive / prompt response to customer problems and their resolution ("alert" system in our CRM). What would be a nice bonus for us? Having experience working in the IT field in a similar position (customer support department, department customer care, sales and customer support department, personal manager). This means that you yourself influence your income, but you have a "safety cushion" in the form of a fixed payment. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and finish from 17:00 to 19:00. Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages. Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
