That is why we have a vacancy for a Customer success manager. YOU ARE OUR PERSON if: you have experience working with customers in the B2B segment, you have experience working in customer support in an IT company, you are a confident user of MO, CRM, you are fluent in English, you are a team player, you have logical thinking, attention to detail, high communication skills, responsibility and self-organization. The advantages will be: knowledge of the Polish language, technical education, quick mastering of the functionality of any software. MORE TO DO: identify customer needs, advise the company's customers on the use of functionality, make presentations of IT solutions available in the company in order to solve them, deal with expanding the number of active user functionality and increasing the number of users (due to own results of cooperation with clients and interaction with company managers) identify bugs and eliminate them (cooperation with Project manager) provide technical support and advice to current and potential software users analyze the reasons for not using a certain functionality WHAT WE OFFER: Work schedule: Mon- Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. fully equipped workplace, modern office, young and friendly team, opportunity for career growth (Product manager / head of department), paid internship, official employment, vacation and sick leave according to the law, constant doping in the form of tea and coffee
