Mates Marketing, international marketing company , specializing in lead generation solutions for home renovation and improvement businesses in the US and Canada, is looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Preparation and coordination of contracts with current clients, control of all terms and payments;
• Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely payments from clients;
• Development of long-term relationships through regular phone calls and correspondence with clients to discuss project status and future plans;
• Effective collaboration with internal company teams to meet customer and company needs;
• Developing a deep understanding of each client's business goals and challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of commercial experience as a Sales or Account Manager in the IT industry.
• Experience of successful communication with clients, including clients from Europe and the USA.
• Familiarity with key marketing concepts such as CPA, CPL, RevShare, eCPM, as well as lead generation, SEO, PPC and Email marketing.
• Entering and updating customer information in the CRM system.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve and grow revenue from existing clients.
• Excellent command of the English language (level above average or higher).
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
