Would be a plus:

— Prior experience in Customer support;

Responsibilities:

— Work closely with operations, and support teams to coordinate and deliver services that meet or exceed client expectations;

— Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and execution of client agreements, ensuring all terms align with company policies;

— Serve as the main liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer journey;

— Daily tasks.
