Customer Success Manager

Mates Marketing, an international marketing company specializing in lead generation solutions for home renovation and improvement businesses in the US and Canada, is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Preparation and coordination contracts with current customers, monitoring all terms and payments;
• Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely payments from customers;
• Developing long-term relationships through regular phone calls and correspondence with customers to discuss status projects and future plans;
• Effective collaboration with internal company teams to meet customer and company needs;
• Developing a deep understanding of each customer's business goals and challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of commercial experience as a Sales or Account Manager in the IT industry.
• Experience of successful communication with clients , including clients from Europe and the USA.
• Familiar with key marketing concepts such as CPA, CPL, RevShare, eCPM, as well as lead generation, SEO, PPC and Email marketing.
• Entering and updating customer information in the CRM system.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve and increase revenue from existing customers.
• Excellent command of the English language (above average or higher).

• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
