MaybeWorks is an ambitious IT company that has been successfully working on creating and maintaining complex web applications for clients from all over the world.
The company has developed its own product - an innovative HRM system, and we are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager for product development.
What we expect from a potential candidate:
- Proficiency in spoken English at the level of B2 (to be able to communicate with English-speaking customers);
- Understanding the specifics of business communication with clients;
- High level of self-organization, proactive position at work;
- Independence and responsibility.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in support;
- Negotiation and business correspondence skills in Ukrainian and English;
- Knowledge of modern IT technologies, understanding of the working mechanism of HRM systems.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping documentation and reporting on leads, conducting demo presentations of the system for them ;
- Collecting feedback on the system from leads and clients, keeping documentation on user needs and communicating with the technical department regarding the possibility of implementing clients' wishes;
- Navigation of new clients through the system, communication with clients in chats, logging of bugs reported by clients;
- Accounting of customer complaints about bugs in the system, transferring them to the technical team, as well as creating and maintaining documentation for these bugs with further informing the customer about the problem-solving process;
- Cooperation with content creators on system review videos;
- Implementation of a system of working with clients, building effective communication processes with leads and potential clients;
- Adjustment and improvement of the process of familiarization of customers with the system;
- Deep understanding of the mechanism of system operation, coordination of new features with the Product Owner and understanding of the priority of their implementation. What we guarantee to our team:
