Customer Success Manager in SendPulse

Ukrainian product company SendPulse is looking for a Customer Success Manager with good English.

Customer Success Manager helps key customers and partners discover all the possibilities of the service and find solutions to their problems with the help of existing tools.

The main goal of the role:to help customers get the expected value from the service, encourage deeper use of the platform, promote subscription renewal and reduce customer churn.

We are looking for a person who can analyze large volumes of information, is ready to understand the intricacies of the SendPulse platform and has:

• experience of working with clients from 1 year
• fluent oral and written communication in Ukrainian and English
• sincere desire help people and solve problems
• willingness to constantly learn and develop
• analytical thinking and a systematic approach to work

What you need to do:

• advise clients about working with the service via messengers, email and phone
• on request to hold online meetings with clients
• to help master new functionality and improve the result of using the service
• to collect feedback and offer ideas for the development and improvement of the platform functionality
