Your role in the team

You will be a key contact person for customers and you will influence the quality of service and the development of projects.

What exactly you will do:

• Lead and develop cooperation with existing customers
• Ensure quality communication, support and timely feedback
• Control project implementation and compliance of agreements
• Identify additional customer needs and initiate scaling of cooperation
• Support document flow and follow up on the fulfillment of contract terms

This role is not about "transferring a request", but about partnership, trust and results.
