Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring full and effective customer experience our SaaS products and services.
  • Onboarding of new customers, support during integration, help in implementation.
  • Regular communication with customers with the aim of identifying needs, challenges and potential risks.
  • Monitoring customer activity, analyzing product usage indicators, preparing operational and analytical reports.
  • Identifying opportunities for expanding cooperation (upsell/cross-sell), initiating strategic sessions with customers.
  • Collaboration with sales, support and product teams to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Preparation of QBR (quarterly business reviews) with a focus on ROI, progress and future plans.
  • Preventive identification of churn risks and the implementation of initiatives to avoid them. inherit">Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar in a B2B environment, preferably in the field of gambling / betting.
  • Practical experience in building long-term partnerships with clients and working with key customers
