Now we are looking for a Customer Success Lead.
Brighterly is a startup building an online math school for children in English-speaking countries. We are already among the top 10 educational platforms for online math tutoring in the US market!
During the 2.5 years of the project's existence, we: />— Conducted 10,000+ lessons. We started with 3 tutors, who were then members of the core team, and now there are 250+;
— Gathered a team of 35+ professionals who have experience in building an EdTech business;
— Built a personalized educational platform for students and their parents.
What is important to us:
— 3+ years of experience in an operational environment (Customer Success / Care);
— From 1 year of experience in the position of the head of the direction ( ideally, experience with the management of team leaders, team formation);
— Ability to organize, coordinate and control the work of the department;
— Fluency in English.
< strong>Will be a plus:
— Participation in the product part of the business;
— Experience in creating teams from scratch.
