SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules the world of venture capital investments. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Lead.

Brighterly is a startup that is building an online math school for children in English-speaking countries. We are already among the top 10 educational platforms for online math tutoring in the US market!

Over the 2.5 years of the project's existence, we:
— Conducted 10,000+ lessons . We started with 3 tutors, who were then members of the core team, and now there are 250+;
— Gathered a team of 35+ professionals with experience in building an EdTech business;
— Built a personalized educational platform for students and their parents.

Challenges and tasks:
— Improve the quality of service for customers, creating more value in terms of product scaling;
—Implement a management system through data;
—Automate Customer Service processes and create new ones for scaling;
—Manage the CS team and work with clients.

What is important for us:
— 3+ years of experience in an operational environment (Customer Success / Care);
— From the 1st year of experience in the position of the head of the direction (ideally, experience with the management of team leaders, team formation);
— Ability to organize, coordinate and control the work of the department;
- Fluency in English.

Will be a plus:
— Participation in the product part of the business;
- Experience in building teams from scratch.
