SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.
Now we are in search Customer Success Lead.
Brighterly is a startup building an online math school for children in English-speaking countries. We are already in the top 10 educational platforms for online math tutoring in the US market!
During the 2.5 years of the project's existence, we:
— Conducted 10,000+ lessons. We started with 3 tutors, who were then members of the core team, and now there are 250+;
— Gathered a team of 35+ professionals who have experience in building an EdTech business;
— Built a personalized educational platform for students and their parents.
Challenges and tasks:< br/>— Improve the quality of service for customers, creating more value in terms of product scaling;
— Implement a management system through data;
— Automate Customer Service processes and create new ones for scaling;
— Manage the CS team and work with clients.
What is important to us:
— 3+ years of experience in an operational environment (Customer Success / Care);
— From 1 year of experience in the position of the head of the direction (ideally experience with management team leaders, team formation);
— Ability to organize, coordinate and control the work of the department;
— Fluency in English.
Will be a plus:
— Participation in the product part of the business;
— Experience in creating teams from scratch.
