Customer Service with German @ SALES HR in SALES HR

Our client is one of the international corporations that is opening a customer service department for a client from Switzerland. We are looking for 15 people for the position. WE OFFER · basic salary for people with experience: PLN 9,200 - 9,700, employment contract for an indefinite period after two weeks of implementation · additional, very real monthly bonuses (several hundred PLN) · corporate benefits package: medical care, insurance, sports card · for people from outside Krakow - one-time relocation assistance (in PLN, enabling e.g. renting an apartment for 1 month) · very interesting nature of work in a newly created multicultural team · integration and corporate events WANTED COMPETENCES · very good knowledge of German: level C1/C2 , we do not require knowledge of English · experience in serving German-speaking customers, at least 2 years, preferably in SSC/BPO structures · very good communication and verbal skills, openness to reported customer needs, smile · readiness for very rational stationary shift work (we explain on interview) in the very center of Krakow with convenient access (tram/bus/train).
