FROM THE CANDIDATE WE EXPECT:

• Fluent knowledge of German, min. C1, preferred at native level,
• Good/very good knowledge of MS Office,
• Professional experience in customer service,
• Knowledge of the care industry in working with older people and seniors will be an advantage,
• Practice in using CRM is welcome,
• Positive attitude,
• Accuracy in performing tasks,
• Readiness to work in a team,
• Quick response to changes,
• Easy to set priorities,
• Good sense of human characteristics and predispositions to the profession of a caregiver for the elderly < /li>
• Honesty
• Willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
