- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email in English and German.
- Providing information about the company's products and services.
- Resolving problems and advising customers accordingly to the established procedures.
- Working with the ERP system for processing orders and managing customer information.
- Active participation in the further sales process and bringing the client to the purchase.
From you we expect:
- Proficiency in German at a level not lower than B1
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Organized, attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions.
- Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work remotely.
