Customer service specialist with knowledge of the German language in Lignau SIA

• Handling customer inquiries by phone and email in English and German.
• Providing information about the company's products and services.
• Resolving problems and advising customers accordingly to the established procedures.
• Working with the ERP system for processing orders and managing customer information.
• Active participation in the further sales process and bringing the client to the purchase.

From you we expect:

• Proficiency in German at a level not lower than B1
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Organized, attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions.
• Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work remotely.
