Customer Service Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

1. Communication with B2B customers
2. Handling B2B and B2C complaints
3. Sales support in everyday activities
4. Creating monthly commercial statements for contractors
5. Verification of the company's operating costs
6. Supervision of documentation flow

Requirements:
