Customer Service Specialist (Supply Coordination) in Ajax Systems

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Supply Coordination) for our Supply Chain Department, whose main focus will be ensuring timely coordination of orders from our customers. Tasks for the position: Distribution of available ready-made of products according to customer orders; Analysis of the balance of finished products; Determination of the need for the production of finished products in terms of product characteristics and sales region; Communication with the sales team regarding the status of closing orders and their priority; Setting tasks for assembling finished products for further shipment to customers; KPI. You should apply for the vacancy if you: Have previous experience in logistics, shipment planning, warehouse management; Are an experienced user of MS Excel; Stress-resistant and multitasking; Have good communication skills.
