We are the international company AUTODOC (www.autodoc.eu): founded in Germany and specializing in the sale of auto parts and accessories for cars. We are looking for employees who speak Spanish (C1) to support customers in our team. Conditions: work remotely from home / from 500 $ month floating schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours/day, 1 hour break, 2 days off written customer support: the employee answers INCOMING written questions or translates them for other company departments customer support

We are looking for employees who speak Spanish (C1) to support customers in our team. Conditions: work remotely from home / from 500 $ month floating schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours/day, 1 hour break, 2 days off written customer support: the employee answers INCOMING written questions or translates them for other company departments customer support by phone: the employee takes incoming calls from the customer NO cold calls and customer prospecting General requirements for candidates: willingness to implement a plan for working out incoming messages, Spanish language level C1, work experience using the English language is welcome (but not mandatory) Requirements for remote work: Internet speed of 50 MB/s (wired) Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries by mail, mail or by phone (sequentially); Provide information on products, prices, working conditions and company promotions; Help the client place an order; Work with the client's request (orientate on the delivery period, etc.); Work on keeping the client: offering replacements, alternatives, missing products, offering related products, assistance in placing an order and choosing the best payment method; Responding to customer feedback so that the customer remains loyal the moment the dialogue ends; Timely familiarization with information about the project with the aim of saving all changes; Absence of cold calls or customer tracking.
