Customer service specialist (sales support) in Staff Service

Our partner, an international company, announces a competition for the position of Customer Service Specialist. Functional duties: sales support to customers and distributors; communication with customers - farms and distributors; keeping primary documentation for the sale of goods (order processing, invoicing, expense invoices), sending requests for delivery / shipment to logisticians; distribution of bank statements, preparation and execution of reconciliation acts (agriculture / agricultural receipts); work in 2 accounting systems: 1C and SBO; work with receivables (sending payment schedules, conducting reconciliation with counterparties, preparation of reconciliation acts, control of credit limits); active participation in the process of closing periods (reconciliation of warehouse balances, receivables); information and coordination support for customers and the regional sales team. Requirements: completed higher education; work experience of 2 years or more in :customer service, commercial department or purchasing department; experience of working in agricultural companies, distribution of agricultural products, regional accounting department, purchasing department of plant protection products or customer service department is a big advantage; confident user of Excel, Outlook; high level of 1C proficiency . SBO / SAP - not necessary, but will be an advantage; fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language; willingness to work overtime during periods of peak loads; customer orientation, ability to communicate ethically and with respect; attention to details and accurate work with numbers, data, documents; ability qualitatively and quickly process arrays of primary documentation.
