ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the world's largest brewing company, which is successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of the position of Customer Service Specialist/position

Main responsibilities:

• Accepting orders from customers by quantity, assortment, product release dates, delivery time;
• Communication with customers and related departments;
• Processing and timely entry of orders for the supply of products to customers in SAP;
• Control of the timeliness of product shipment in accordance with the submitted applications;
• Timely informing the client of any changes regarding the shipment of products;
• Control of the shipment of products with the appropriate delivery date of the ordered assortment, according to the submitted orders;
• Prompt resolution of issues that arise from customers;
• Checking the correctness of the entry applications to SAP;
• Implementation of KPI (key performance indicators) of the department.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher technical/economic education;
• Work experience in logistics from 1 year will be an advantage;
• Analytical abilities, ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Communication skills, customer orientation;
• Compulsivity, attentiveness, ability to work in a team, high level of learning;
• Orientation on results, stress resistance, ability to work in a team;
• Computer skills only at the expert level, MS Office package (MS Excel - formulas, construction of pivot tables), experience in SAP will be an advantage;
• English language level - Pre-Intermediate.
