The Nestlé Ukraine company announces a competition for the position of Specialist on work with key customers of the sales department in m. Kyiv.

General purpose of this position:

Responsibility for information support, correct flow and support of reporting, document flow and analysis for Nestlé customers, which are under the responsibility of the customer development department of regional customers.

Main responsibilities:

1. Monthly calculation of required payments to customers:

• conducting analysis of shipments to Customers,
• calculation of payments based on the analysis.

2. Monitoring of weekly balances in Nestlé warehouses. Informing customers about OOS:

• collection, checking balances in warehouses,
• sending information about OOS to the regions. 

3. Distribution of quotas for products by customers:

• calculation of products for each QC in accordance with shipments.

4. Issuance of reports within the limits of responsibility for requests. 

5. Working with the assortment:

• entering/removing products to/from the network,
• rotating products, changing logistics data.

6. Preparation of relevant documents for customer accounts and control of payments:

• appendices to contracts and other supporting documents (sales reports),
• checking documents from customers (invoices, reports of completed works etc.),
• creating WBS elements in the SAP system,
• preparing PR, GR in the SAP system.

7. Work to improve the level of service to Customers:

• cooperation with the development team of distributors to ensure the timely availability of products in the warehouses of the relevant distributors for further shipments to Customers,
• analysis of the level of delivery performance by distributors to customers and coordination of interaction between Nestlé divisions, customers and distributors to improve the level of delivery performance.

8. Working with the Activity Calendar (Customer Plan & Activity Calendar) for Clients:

• introducing timely and correct information into client promo plans regarding promotional activities agreed by the respective client development managers,
• maintaining the relevance of data on a daily level,
• ensuring the document flow process regarding pre- and post-evaluation of promo activities in Clients in accordance with the current processes and procedures of the Company.

9. Entering information into the SAP system regarding:

• trade plans for the year, creation of WBS elements of PR, PO according to the Clients' trade conditions.

• Excellent analytical skills
