Your tasks will be:

• analysis of the sector of service providers in the field of housing and communal services (hereinafter - Housing and communal services suppliers);
• accounting and structuring of suppliers in terms of regions and directions of housing and communal services activities (gas, water, heat, maintenance of buildings, etc. and.);
• identification of potentially interesting Utilities Suppliers for concluding agreements, analysis of their work on the payment market of Ukraine;
• formation of a package of documents necessary for signing a contract with the Supplier;
• conducting the identification, verification and study of the Bank's clients;
• ensuring the interaction of the relevant divisions of the Bank with Housing and Utilities Providers during the conclusion of contracts and their technical connection;
• support of signed contracts with Housing and Housing Providers in order to increasing profitability from the collection of payments under these contracts;
• formation of reporting forms according to the contracts concluded with Housing and Housing Suppliers.

Our candidate has:

• higher education (preferably economic, management, marketing);
• ability to communicate diplomatically but persistently with clients;
• high level of executive discipline;
• free command of the Ukrainian language;
• attention when working with documents and financial information;
• systematic, multitasking, stress resistance;
• confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook).
