If you:

• have experience in the field;
• confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point);
• know how to work with document management;

Your duties:

• order processing and support clients;

• control of the correctness of document flow;

• management of the process of returning containers;

• support of clients in unplanned situations;

• monitoring of the fulfillment of contractual terms;

• participation in improving customer service processes and service quality.
