A partner of the tobacco company "PHILIP MORRIS SALES AND DISTRIBUTION", an affiliate of "Philip Morris International" in Ukraine, invites you to cooperate as a Specialist in customer service (Logist).
YOU WILL:
- Provide professional services to the company's direct customers, as well as informational support regarding processing orders, delivery terms, fulfillment of individual planned indicators, bank guarantees and loan repayment terms;
- On the basis of the approved plan and sales forecast for a certain period of time, prepare a plan for the delivery of finished products to the company's customers, as well as a plan for ordering vehicles ;
- Enter all necessary information about the order into the appropriate system. Ensure accuracy of entered information;
- Initiate, coordinate and monitor order processing. In cooperation with the financial and administrative department, perform timely invoicing and monitor the payment of bills and repayment of customer loans;
- Plan, organize and coordinate all arrangements regarding the process of loading and transporting goods;
- Monitor daily the process of delivering finished products to the company's customers, constantly maintain contact with transport companies;
- Control the payment of transport invoices.
- Ensure the appropriate preparation, approval and storage of all documents for each order and shipment .
- Participate in various projects, namely in the development of electronic document flow, optimization and digitization of processes.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE: p>
- Higher education: bachelor, specialist, master;
- Work experience: from 1 year in logistics, customer service, finance departments;
- English: Intermediate level ;
- Communication skills with clients;
- Good skills in working with MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point);
- Desirable knowledge of the SAP system (not necessary , but will be an advantage).
