Requirements for the candidate:

• Competent Ukrainian language
• English is not mandatory, but it will be an advantage and a plus to your payment
• Availability of a PC or laptop, headset and stable Internet
• Empathy, sociability
• Logical and mathematical thinking skills

Working conditions:

• Remote work, not tied to offices

• Five-day work schedule with two floating days off
• Change to both a full 9-hour schedule and a reduced 7-hour schedule (1 hour break included in both options), floating, between 7:00 a.m. and 02:00 a.m.

Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming calls from Lifecell customers
• Providing consultations in the field of tariffs and services

We will teach you everything you need to work as a specialist. Training for 16 working days
