Our client, an international company of the agro-industrial complex (production and sale of plant protection products) invites a Customer Service Specialist to its team Requirements: Higher education 2 years of work experience in customer service, commercial department, purchasing department We welcome understanding of such financial instruments as a promissory note, agrarian receipt Confident user of Excel, OutlookHigh level of proficiency in 1C, SBO /SAP is welcomed Fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language Duties: Supporting sales of plant protection products and basic mineral fertilizers to customers and distributorsCommunication with customers - farms and distributorsKnowledge of the terms of supply contracts, additional agreements, collection and proper storage of accompanying documentationMaintenance of primary documentation for the sale of goods (processing of orders, invoicing for payment, issuing invoices), sending requests for delivery / shipment to logisticians Distribution of bank statements, preparation and execution of acts of offsetting (agriculture / agricultural receipts) Work in 2 accounting systems: 1C and SBO Work with receivables (sending payment schedules, reconciliation with counterparties, preparation of reconciliation acts, control of credit limits) Active participation in the process of closing periods (reconciliation of warehouse balances, receivables) Information and coordination support for customers and the regional sales team The company offers: Long-term official employment under an employment contract (a fixed-term employment contract that is extended every year) Trial period – 3 months 24 calendar days of annual paid sick leave Work schedule: Mon-Fri, floating start of the working day (9:00-11:00) Hybrid schedule: it is possible to combine work in the office and remote Medical insurance and life insurance from the first day of work Meal compensation Corporate mobile communication Corporate laptop English courses Place of work in the Kyiv office: BC "Forum", str.
