We invite a Specialistcontact-center of the incoming line of the energy company!

The following tasks await you:

  • Assisting customers of a leading energy company.
  • Receiving and processing incoming calls from consumers.
  • Entering meter readings into the system.
  • Providing short and clear consultations on customer requests.

We would like to see in you the following experience and qualities:

  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
  • Ability to quickly absorb a large amount of information.
  • Confident PC user (office programs, fast typing).

We draw your attention to the fact that for comfortable and stable work on the line, it is important to have a reliable Internet connection and backup power - a power bank, UPS or other means that will help to stay connected even in the event of outages
