Customer service specialist (import-export shipments) in Personalities, HR Company

For our client, an international group of companies in the field of express delivery of goods and correspondence around the world, we are looking for a specialist for the vacancy

"Customer service specialist (import-export shipments)". 

The company is at the stage of active development, so it invites a specialist to its team who will:

• organize and coordinate international transportation (by air, road transport) in compliance with special conditions;
• prepare all the necessary package of documents for customs clearance of imports (invoices, packing lists, certificates, declarations of conformity, etc.);
• work with customs by brokers, carriers, forwarders and foreign partners;
• control the terms of shipment and delivery, update the status of the cargo;
• carry out calculations and consultations on the cost and terms of cargo delivery;
• solve problems arising during the transportation process (delays, cargo damage, customs issues).

The company will be happy to invite you to cooperate, if you:

• have a higher education (preferably in the field of foreign trade, logistics);
• have similar experience in international logistics;
• well versed in basic international trade terms (Incoterms 2020);
• able to independently negotiate with partners (carriers, service providers);
• confidently use a PC (Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 1C, etc.;
• possess the following qualities: stress resistance, organization, independence, responsibility and discipline;
• good command of English - no lower than Upper-intermediate level.
