We need a specialist in the team who speaks German at the B2 level and above and is interested in the field of FitTech.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining CRM: Maintaining up-to-date customer information in our CRM system to provide quality services.
• Creating financial plans: Using our platform for generating financial plans and proposals, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Inquiries about insurance contracts: Answers to questions and changes to insurance contracts, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction.
• Document preparation: Creation of important documents such as cancellations and amendments with follow-up.< /li>
• Data analysis: Compilation of reports on sales, customer activity and revenue, which contributes to strategic decision-making.
• Operational Support: Assist with customer requests for insurance coverage extensions, demonstrating problem solving skills.
