We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will support the implementation of IT services, participate in planning and budgeting, actively interact with business partners and other participants in the framework of IT service management.

Responsibilities:

• Calculating the cost of IT services according to an alternative service pricing model IT;
• Control of the timely execution of IT service acts and period closure, control of the preparation and transfer of service provision acts to Customers, as well as the general process of IT service implementation;
• Jointly responsible for achieving the target level satisfaction of Customers and compliance with the terms of service provision (SLA);
• Interaction with business partners/Customers of services and others by participants;
• Assistance in the preparation and implementation of IT service provision acts and in the overall timely closing of the reporting period.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of economics or finance, pricing, service cost calculations, high analytical skills;
• Desirable experience in systems:- for business process automation (SAP ERP / S4HANA);
• IT service management (ITSM);
• Conclusion/negotiation of contracts (K2, D.Contracts on Creatio and others);
• Experienced user of office programs.
